How to sort data in the grid on multiple columns?

Click on the first column that you would like to sort on and then hold down the SHIFT key and click on any additional columns that you would like to sort on.
How to remove a column from the grid?

Click on the link in the "Toolbox" entitled "Show/Hide Columns". A new popup box will appear. Drag the column that you no longer which to keep in the grid on to the new popup window.
How to add additional columns to the grid?

Click on the link in the "Toolbox" entitled "Show/Hide Columns". A new popup box will appear. Drag the column from the new popup window to the grid.
How to sort data in a column in a descending or ascending order?

Click once on a header in the grid to sort the column in one direction. The direction of sorting is indicated by an arrow icon. To reverse the sort order of the column, click on the column again.
How to export data from the grid?

You have two choices of format when you are exporting data from the grid: 1) MS Excel and 2) Adobe PDF. In the "Toolbox" on the page, above the grid, you will see these two option. Click on the appropriate format of your choice.
How to group data in the grid?

Drag columns from the header of the grid to the region of the grid entitled "Drag a column header here to group by that column".
How to group data in the grid on multiple columns?

Drag your first column from the header of the grid to the region of the grid entitled "Drag a column header here to group by that column". Drag additional columns from the header of the grid to the same region and arrange in the order of your choice.
How to filter data in the grid?

Located just below the header of the grid is a row that contains textbox, dropdown boxes and calendar controls. Enter you filter criteria into these regions to filter the respective column on a value of your choosing.
How to clear the filters that have been set on a grid?

You can either remove the text you entered in boxes located in the row below the header of the grid by clicking in the field and pressing the BACKSPACE key or you can click on the "Clear" link near to the bottom of the grid.
